Why Full Arch Implants?

Superior to Traditional Dentures

Full arch implant restorations offer numerous advantages over traditional dentures, giving you back your quality of life.

Unmatched Stability

Implant-supported restorations are securely anchored in your jaw, eliminating the slipping, clicking, and discomfort associated with loose dentures. Enjoy your favorite foods with confidence!

Natural Feel & Function

Full arch implant restorations mimic the natural function of teeth, allowing you to chew effectively and speak clearly. The custom-made bridge feels natural in your mouth.

Long-Lasting Results

Dental implants are a durable solution known to last for decades with proper care. They eliminate the need for messy adhesives and frequent denture replacements.

Preserve Your Jawbone

Unlike dentures, full arch implants stimulate and protect your jawbone, preventing the 'sunken' appearance that occurs with tooth loss over time.

The Process

Your Full Arch Implant Journey

We use cutting-edge technology and personalized care to ensure your implant journey is smooth and successful.

1

Consultation & Digital Work Up

Our periodontal specialist will perform a full work up, including a CBCT scan and digital impressions, then coordinate with your general dentist to create a surgical plan.

2

Extractions & Implant Placement

Your periodontist will extract remaining teeth and place your dental implants. Bone grafting will be performed if indicated. You'll leave with temporary implant-supported dentures.

3

Healing Period (3-6 Months)

Your implants will fully heal and bond with your jawbone. During this time, you'll come to our office for follow-ups while your dentist builds your permanent restoration.

4

Permanent Restoration

Once fully healed and implants are confirmed strong, you'll return to your restorative dentist to receive your permanent implant-supported restoration.

5

Ongoing Maintenance

Our office will work with you and your dentist to maintain the health and integrity of your implants and restoration with regular cleanings and examinations.

FAQ

Full Arch Implant Questions

Most patients who are missing most or all of their teeth are good candidates for full arch implant restorations. During your consultation, our specialists will evaluate your jawbone density, overall health, and specific needs to determine the best treatment plan. Even if you've experienced bone loss, bone grafting procedures can often make implants possible.

Yes! Full arch implant restorations are designed to closely mimic the appearance and function of natural teeth. The fixed bridge option restores up to 90% of natural chewing function and is custom-crafted to match your desired tooth shape, size, and color for a completely natural look.

With proper care and maintenance, dental implants can last a lifetime. The titanium implants fuse permanently with your jawbone. The prosthetic restoration on top may need periodic adjustments or replacement after 10-15 years, but the implants themselves are designed to be permanent.

Care for your full arch implant restoration is similar to caring for natural teeth — regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings. Our team will provide specific care instructions and schedule regular follow-up appointments to ensure your implants and restoration remain healthy.

While some practices offer 'teeth in a day,' our approach prioritizes long-term success. You'll receive temporary implant-supported dentures on the day of surgery, but the permanent restoration is placed after 3-6 months of healing to ensure optimal implant integration and lasting results.

The cost varies depending on the type of restoration (fixed bridge vs. overdentures), number of implants, and whether additional procedures like bone grafting are needed. We offer free consultations to provide personalized estimates and discuss insurance coverage and financing options.
